Responsibilities
* Work closely with developers, product owners and clients to identify issues with quality within MQUBE’s suite of products.
* Identify cultural or systemic issues with quality (of individual instances) and help to resolve them.
Key Activities
1. Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Clients and SME’s to design, implement and use tools/processes that improve MQube’s product offerings.
2. Stay up-to-date with technologies, trends, and processes that surround quality assurance.
3. Ensure Developers and Product Owners remain focused on ensuring products are of the highest quality.
4. Analyse and understand MQUBE’s processes and help to shape the future of MQUBE’s processes.
5. Use pre-existing online tooling to report defects and ensure their resolution.
