Financial Adviser (Employed) | Hybrid Chester | £65k DOE + Bonus + Leads
The firm
A new directly authorised advice business partnered with a B-Corp workplace-education provider running 150–170 employer sessions a year. You'll present selected sessions and convert inbound enquiries into long-term clients. No cold prospecting.
The opportunity
* Employed adviser, hybrid working with a Chester base
* Inbound lead flow from regular employer webinars and seminars
* Webinar-first delivery with minimal travel

What you'll do
* Deliver pre-arranged webinars and occasional in-person seminars
* Run online first meetings and convert enquiries into ongoing advice relationships
* Provide full financial planning across pensions, investments and protection
* Manage a pipeline, issue recommendations, and follow through to completion
* Work with paraplanning, admin and compliance to high standards of advice and Consumer Duty
About you
* Level 4 Diploma qualified; progress toward Chartered welcomed
* Confident presenter with strong communication and client-winning skills
* Experience of public-sector DB schemes an advantage (Teachers, LGPS, Civil Service, USS)
* Proven new-business production and consistent conversion from seminars/webinars
* Organised, ethical, and comfortable with targets and remote delivery
Salary, bonus and benefits
* Base salary:
£50,000 to £65,000 DOE
* Quarterly bonus:
validation then
30%
on revenue above threshold
