Project Manager – Site Execution & Contract Management

Are you ready to take the lead in delivering exciting projects in the engineering field? Our client is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Project Manager to join their team in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive impactful initiatives in the gas turbine industry and manage contracts worth up to €15 million!

Key Responsibilities:

• Own project orders, coordinating multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for your project portfolio, ensuring stellar service and communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive project progress from sales handover to customer handover.
• Monitor technical and commercial aspects of projects, maintaining strict control over schedules and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring on-time delivery and satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate with commodity suppliers for smooth contract execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Implement risk and opportunity management strategies to minimise risks and enhance opportunities throughout the contract lifecycle.

What You Bring:

• A Degree/HND level qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience in the gas turbine industry, showcasing strong commercial or technical skills.
• Solid knowledge of Contracts (e.g., LTP/LTSA) and commercial management training.
• Proficiency in SAP and departmental processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management capabilities, with an eye for detail and a knack for budget control.

Contract Details:

• Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (24 months)
• Start Date: 29th June 2026
• Working Pattern: Full Time, 37 hours per week (4 x 7.5 hours, 1 x 7 hours)
• Hourly Rate: £23.39 - £30.15 PAYE (Depending on experience)
• Location: Lincoln,
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
