Job Title: MFL Teacher
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate / After Half Term

What You’ll Be Doing as MFL Teacher
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback.
* Personalise learning plans to meet individual student needs.
* Collaborate with the department to enhance teaching practices.
* Foster a classroom culture of respect, inclusion, and enthusiasm for learning.
What You Bring to the Table
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or overseas teaching qualifications.
* Experience working in a secondary school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
* A patient and empathetic approach to student development.
