We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in welcoming primary schools throughout Barnsley. If you’re passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them thrive, we’d love to hear from you!

Role Overview:
* Support class teachers with learning activities and classroom management
* Work 1:1 or with small groups to support progress and engagement
* Assist with behaviour management and emotional support
* Contribute to creating a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment

✅ Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 desirable
* A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
