Overview
We are looking for CARA Facilitators to co-deliver domestic abuse awareness raising group workshops to first-time offenders who have admitted responsibility for their unhealthy behaviour. You will partner with another CARA Facilitator and deliver two CARA workshops on Saturdays. There is no requirement to be available every Saturday; we are building a pool of facilitators scheduled to deliver CARA cohorts based on availability and proximity to delivery venues in Humberside. Facilitators commit to a minimum delivery of two cohorts (four workshops) per year. Additional hours are available to deliver CARA telephone intervention at flexible times across the week.

Responsibilities
* Co-deliver two CARA workshops on Saturdays with another facilitator.
* Deliver CARA cohorts subject to availability and proximity to delivery venues.

* Attend core CARA Facilitator Training (to be confirmed, expected December).
Qualifications
* Experience in delivering group work, assessing and managing group dynamics.
* Ability to gain people’s trust and confidently address negative behaviour.
* Experience managing safeguarding issues.
* Fluency in an additional language is desirable.
