Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Cover Supervisor to join the team in our Leeds store.
As a Retail Cover Supervisor, you will also support other stores as required. These stores include: Leeds White Rose, Leeds City Centre, Bradford Broadway, Bradford Kirkgate, Wakefield, York, and Doncaster.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.64 per hour plus non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

This is a part-time, permanent position with a 30-hour weekly contract.
Candidates with a full UK driving license are preferred due to the need to support multiple stores. If you have energy, drive, and passion to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment, this role is suitable for you!
You should have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to lead a team, stamina for working on a busy shop floor, and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.
Previous retail experience is required, ideally with supervisory experience. Key responsibilities include:
1. Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
2. Open and close stores, including cashing up and completing administrative duties.
3. Provide excellent customer service with strong product knowledge.
4. Lead by example by recommending and promoting complementary products.
5. Assist management in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
6. Support team members as needed.
7. Ensure the store is well-merchandised, with refreshed and inviting product displays.
8. Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
9. Handle customer queries and complaints.
