Your Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an impressive £85M new build campus. Your expertise will help enhance value for money while maintaining the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate with our talented team to manage costs, mitigate risks, and ensure precise financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage applications for payment from subcontractors and prepare client payment applications.
* Monitor expenditure against budgets through detailed Cost Value Reconciliation reports.
* Prepare final accounts and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
* Contribute to commercial information collation and reporting.
* Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have experience in a tier 1 main contractor environment.
* You possess strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and project commercial management.
* You’re skilled in CVR reporting and financial analysis.
* You enjoy collaborative working and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* You hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
