Job Description
Experience:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance and administrative role, handling tasks such as invoicing, financial record keeping, and salary calculations.
Skills Required:
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Organization: Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to effectively prioritize tasks.
* Adaptability: Competent in managing multiple financial tasks under pressure, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
* Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with team members and external agents.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experienced in managing financial software and social media marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate financial records by regularly tallying and reconciling financial transactions.
2. Generate, issue, and manage invoices efficiently, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups.
3. Manage and coordinate with third-party agents, overseeing contractual agreements, commissions, and financial interactions.
4. Prepare detailed calculations for company income, expenditures, and maintain comprehensive financial statements.
5. Oversee HR-related financial tasks, including accurate salary calculations, payroll administration, and maintaining employee financial records.
6. Provide administrative support, including handling documentation, filing, scheduling, and other general administrative duties.
