As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a hands‑on Management / Finance Manager to join us on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new role This is a broad and varied role, ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being involved in both financial management and operational decision‑making. You will work closely with the owners and senior stakeholders, providing clear financial insight while helping to improve processes and controls across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for day‑to‑day financial management
Preparation of management accounts, budgets and forecasts
Cashflow management and financial planning
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
Liaising with external accountants, auditors and advisors
Producing financial reports to support business decisions
Reviewing and improving financial processes and controls
Supporting wider operational and management activities as required
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a finance or management accounting role
Comfortable working in a small to medium‑sized, owner‑managed business
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Confident communicating financial information to non‑finance stakeholders
Hands‑on, adaptable and proactive
Part qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or qualified by experience
