You will collaborate with elite designers on leading-edge RF, digital, and analogue technologies across the commercial, industrial, and defence sectors.
This is more than a design role. You will help lead our hardware capability and drive excellence in PCB technology.
Responsibilities
* Generate high-quality, manufacturable designs from engineering schematics
* Negotiate stack-ups, costs, and timescales with external contractors, and maintain strategic relationships with PCB manufacturing and CAD suppliers
* Conduct internal and external design reviews and ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards
Technical Requirements
* Proficiency in schematic capture and layout, supported by a portfolio of successful projects ideally in RF or mmW designs
* Deep understanding of SMT, DFA, DFM, and IPC standards
* Confident communicator capable of engaging with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to help negotiate best outcomes
