Head of Finance - Redditch
SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a Redditch based business in the recruitment of a Head of Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a key role within the construction industry, overseeing a small team.
The role will support the MD in developing strategic decision making, overseeing the day-to-day finance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the production of management accounts and KPIs, providing senior leadership with analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Develop and monitor budgets and cash flow forecasts.
* Work closely alongside Commercial and Operational teams, liaising with key stakeholders across the business.
Qualifications
* Qualified accountant or qualified by experience with a proven track record within construction or civil engineering.
