Vision for Education is thrilled to offer an exciting Trainee Teaching Assistant role at our friendly and supportive SEND & Secondary Schools in Redruth.
Whether you're fresh out of education, thinking about a career switch, or exploring your passion for helping others—this role is your launchpad. No experience? No problem. We provide all the training you’ll need.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role, as you may need to travel between schools and locations.

1. Supporting teachers with fun and engaging classroom activities
2. Helping students grow in confidence and achieve their goals
3. Providing 1:1 or small group support to learners
4. Offering a helping hand to students with additional needs
5. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
6. Being a friendly face and a positive role model every day
