An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well‑established and growing housebuilder operating across Cumbria. This is a varied, field‑based role supporting multiple developments, ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and thrives on building relationships.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality customer journey, supporting buyers from initial enquiry through to completion, while working towards sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the region.
This position would suit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor or a strong customer‑facing sales professional looking to break into the industry.
The Role
* Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion
* Following up all marketing leads and converting enquiries into reservations
* Supporting multiple developments across the region as required
* Conducting viewings and qualifying potential purchasers
* Actively promoting and upselling extras/options
* Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, estate agents, and internal teams
* Attending final inspections and customer handovers
* Managing the sales administration process including contract chasing
* Maintaining CRM systems and customer databases
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis
* Ensuring show homes and sales areas are presented to a high standard
About You
* Previous experience within a customer‑facing sales role (new homes, estate agency, retail, or similar)
* Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Confident, professional, and well‑presented
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Target‑driven with a proactive and self‑motivated approach
* Able to adapt to different sites and environments
* Full UK driving licence required
* Company car or car allowance (£4,800) + fuel card
* Monthly commission (£700 target‑based)
* Quarterly bonus (up to £1,125)
* 5% commission on customer extras
