What you’ll be doing:
* Drive Growth: Expand our presence across retail, BtB, hospitality, throughout the UK.
* Lead Teams: Inspire and manage local teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

* Own the Numbers: Oversee financial performance, optimise costs, and ensure sustainable growth.
* Oversee administrative, legal, and compliance matters with rigour and foresight.
What we’re looking for:
* 10+ years of experience, including 3+ in a similar leadership role
* Background in luxury retail, fine food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
* Strong business acumen, operational expertise, and a hands-on leadership style
* Fluent in English (French is a plus)
