Join Our Client as a Legal Administrator!
Location: Addlestone | Contract: Temporary (1 year contract) | Start Date: July 28, 2025
Hybrid - 1day a week in the office (but must be flexible)

Our client is seeking a cheerful and professional Legal Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to their dynamic Legal Department. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Legal Department.
Manage financial-related tasks, including raising Purchase Orders and liaising with vendors for payment matters.
Organise diaries and book rooms for meetings.
Arrange travel and manage expenses efficiently.
Compile reports and assist with ad hoc document requests, including formatting and proof-reading.
Maintain confidentiality and a good working knowledge of internal systems.
organise teleconferences, Teams meetings, and videoconferences as needed.
Carry out one-off projects and assist with document management.What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Skills and experience:
Minimum HNC, 'A' level, NVQ3, Secretarial qualification or equivalent
Experience in a legal environment preferable
Relevant work experience in a comparable setting
Pharma sector experience also useful but not essential
Proven expertise in utilising MS Office and various databases (typing, input, updating, reporting).
Experienced in dealing with internal company stakeholders at all levels. Ability to liaise credibly and, challenge appropriately with due consideration for cultural differences.
