Salary: £32-38,000 DOE

Daily Duties
* Lead or support design development from concept through to detailed design
* Produce architectural / interior drawings, specification documents and visualisations
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained
* Carry out site visits, surveys, and inspections during construction phases
* Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control for design deliverables
* Keep up to date with building regulations, sustainability standards, materials, and technologies
* Assist in bidding, proposals, client presentations, and securing planning approvals
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified (or near qualified- Part 3 with exam up and coming)
* Strong technical design skills and proficiency in relevant software- Vectorworks ideally
* Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
* Able to balance creativity with pragmatism- designing within constraints
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks / deadlines
* Experience working across project phases from concept through to site execution
* A passion for sustainability, innovation, and high design standards
