There is an exciting opportunity available as a Smallworks Co-ordinator, working with our systems sales and installation teams.
The role:
As an Smallworks Co-ordinator you will be accountable for:
· Preparing quotations for minor works from engineers surveys and end users
· Scheduling site visits for our installation team each day and raising jobs on our system
· Taking inbound calls from customers & engineers
· Ordering and dispatching system parts and access equipment to sites ahead of engineer visits
· Ensuring service level agreements are met
· Invoicing works upon completion
· Liaising with engineers regarding their accommodation and travel arrangements
