Salary
Inner London MPS3 / UPS + TLR2D – £44,238 - £52,300; + TLR circa £7,847 – £57,632 - £62,494.
Responsibilities
* Lead MFL across the school – KS3 to KS5.
* Develop and manage the progression of a wide MFL curriculum.
* Boost staff ability – support growth and training.
* Lead on enrichment elements of the MFL curriculum – exchange programmes, school trips, etc.
* Plan and deliver exciting lessons – share practice with partner MFL teachers.
* Report to the SLT.
* Contribute to the plans of the wider school.
* Lead on strategies to boost attainment.
* Monitor pupil progress and evaluate progress plans.
Person Specification
* Must have QTS – Qualified Teacher Status.
* Must be an experienced teacher or leader of MFL.
* Ability to lead on the academic and enrichment elements of an MFL curriculum.
* Must have high standards and expectations.
* Understand the demands of the new curriculum.
