This organisation is committed to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement, and is looking for a proactive, hands-on SHE Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across its sites. This is not a role for someone who simply sits in an office ticking compliance boxes. While maintaining ISO standards is part of the job, the real focus is on being out on site, engaging with teams, and embedding safety into everyday operations. You'll play a key role in shaping behavioural safety programmes and driving a positive safety culture across the business. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain SHE management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Actively engage with site teams to integrate health and safety into daily activities, promoting a positive safety culture. Drive behavioural safety programmes and ensure they are effectively embedded across the business. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, providing practical solutions to improve safety performance. Support project teams with SHE planning, training, and compliance requirements.
