We’re looking for anAccount Managerto joinMaven Create— a growing creative + consulting agency that helps ambitious B2B companies turn strategy and propositions into meaningful customer and employee experiences that drive revenue.
Our foundations aresimplicity, transparency, talent and value. We work closely with clients to connect the dots betweenbrand, products, technology and people. We help their customers clearly understand what they offer, make confident decisions, and ultimately engage and buy.
Now in ourthird year, Maven continues to grow steadily and sustainably, working with clients across theUK, Europe and Scandinavia. Our studio is based byBrighton beach, but we promote flexible working and most of our clients are in and aroundLondon.
We’resolution-agnosticandmulti-channelin our approach. We love people who think around problems, find smart ways to make messages stick, and bring a mix of creativity and commercial thinking to everything they do. What you would need to do
* Build strong, long-term client relationships
* Be available and care about our client’s world and challenges
* Spot opportunities to grow accounts and add value
* Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs
* Keep projects moving across brand, digital and comms
* Present work and ideas with clarity and confidence
* Solve problems fast, before they grow
About you
3 + years experience:You’re curious, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You have sharp commercial instincts and understand how marketing and creative thinking drive business growth. You enjoy working directly with clients — building trusted relationships and helping them deliver work that makes a real difference. You care about maven and our client’s business.
