Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale performance marketing and lifecycle strategies across paid media, SEO, and CRM. This role is responsible for owning the full customer funnel - from acquisition to retention - leveraging channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving marketing efficiency, and building scalable systems across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning with business growth and revenue targets
* Lead and scale paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, with full ownership of budget, forecasting, and ROI
* Define and implement advanced SEO strategy, including technical improvements, content direction, and long‑term organic growth planning
* Own the CRM and retention strategy using Klaviyo, driving lifecycle marketing and customer LTV
* Design and optimise end‑to‑end customer journeys, including acquisition funnels, email flows, and conversion paths
* Build and scale high‑performing automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back, cross‑sell)
* Develop advanced segmentation strategies to personalise messaging and improve campaign performance
* Lead data‑driven decision making, analysing performance across all channels and identifying growth opportunities
* Establish and track key metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, and contribution margin
* Manage and optimise significant marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product, and development teams to improve conversion rates and user experience
* Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities in digital marketing
Requirements
* 4+ years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing leadership roles
* Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns and driving revenue growth
* Deep expertise in:Google Ads
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* TikTok Ads
* Strong experience with Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and revenue attribution
* Advanced understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and LTV optimisation
* Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
* Experience managing budgets and forecasting performance
* Preferable to have experience/interest in collectibles, particularly sports cards, and an understanding of that customer base and market dynamics.
