Sales Administrator
Weybridge
Up to £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are recruiting for a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Administrator to join a well-established, market-leading distribution business at its Weybridge branch.
This is a fast-paced, operational role within a small and close-knit team. The position plays a key part in keeping daily sales operations running smoothly, acting as the central point of coordination between customers, the sales team and the warehouse.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable managing a high-volume inbox in a structured, process-driven environment.
The Role – Day to Day
The core focus of the role is managing the shared sales inbox and ensuring all incoming requests are actioned efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities include:
• Processing incoming customer orders via email and telephone
• Managing a busy shared sales inbox and responding to queries same-day
• Handling delivery issues, replacements and complaint resolution
• Raising paperwork for collections and replacements
• Providing proof of delivery documentation and copy invoices
• Processing credit and debit notes
• Liaising closely with the warehouse team regarding order queries
• Updating customer and supplier records
• Supporting pricing updates and internal reporting (as backup)
• Purchase order processing using SAP
• Coordinating sample and literature requests
• Supporting general branch administration
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures
This is a predominantly email-based role (approx. 90%), with some telephone support when required.

The Ideal Candidate
• Previous administrative experience (essential)
• Experience within a distribution or sales support environment (preferred)
• Strong IT skills (SAP advantageous but not essential)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing a high-volume inbox
• Confident liaising with warehouse and sales teams
• Professional, proactive and reliable
