We're a loud, fast-paced, positive team, based in the centre of Romford. We want someone who is going to come in, support the sales team and provide great customer service.

About the Role

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Account Managers and ensuring a smooth customer journey. Strong Excel skills will be vital in this role, as you'll regularly be working with spreadsheets to track orders, manage data, and create reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Allocating sales leads to Account Managers.
* Proposing customers for credit across multiple platforms.
* Processing vehicle orders and sending documentation to customers.
* Speaking with customers daily to chase documents, provide updates, and arrange deliveries.
* Requesting and monitoring order progress with suppliers by phone/email and updating our bespoke CRM system.
* Preparing and packaging delivery paperwork for payout.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
* Providing strong Excel support, including amending existing spreadsheets, creating new ones, analysing data, and producing reports.
* Carrying out other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

* At least 1 year's experience in administration.
* Positive and driven attitude
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data entry and reporting).
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
* Good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop.

* Competitive salary full time £25,000 - £25,500 part time will be pro rata
* 20 days' annual leave plus UK bank holidays (increasing by 1 day each year, up to a maximum of 25 days).
