Following the recent acquisition of a new client contract within the North East, and increasing demand across the region, we are looking to develop individuals who can support the delivery, coordination, and ongoing management of these campaigns. About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Management Associate (Immediate Start) to join our structured development programme.
This role provides hands-on experience in campaign coordination, KPI tracking, team support, and business operations. You will work alongside experienced team members to develop an understanding of how campaigns are delivered, how performance is measured, and how teams contribute to achieving client objectives.
As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to take on increased responsibility in areas such as campaign coordination and team support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of client campaigns
* Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs
* Assist in coordinating team activities to support campaign objectives
* Support onboarding and development of new team members
* Work with senior team members to understand client requirements and campaign delivery
* Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders
* Participate in training sessions focused on communication, business operations, and professional development
Skills & Experience
No prior experience is required, as full training is provided. We are looking for individuals with the potential to develop within a structured environment.
