We are currently recruiting for a Security Receptionist to join the G4S team, in Greenford!
This position will be to work on a well known global company in the area, helping secure the site and deliver to the customers high standards at all times.
Contract Information:
Pay Rate: £ per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Flexibility required Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
SIA License: Security Guarding or Door Supervisor License
Your Time at Work
As a Security Receptionist your duties will include:
- Answering internal and external calls
- Responding to internal and external emails
- Liaising with the customer
- Greeting visitors
- Issuing passes and ID cards
- To liaise with the security team on site when there is a security breach
- To report any incidents on site
- To answer and issues or queries
Our Perfect Worker
- You need to be over the age of 18 to apply to this position.
- To preferably hold a valid Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License
- Be a great communicator, verbally and written
- To have great customer service skills
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office platforms
