Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Stress Engineer to join our aerospace division in Bristol, specialising in aircraft structures. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients by delivering high-quality structural analysis, ensuring designs meet stringent safety, certification, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed stress analysis of aircraft primary and secondary structures using classical methods and finite element analysis (FEA).
Conduct static, fatigue, and damage tolerance assessments of structural components.
Collaborate with design engineers to validate structural integrity and support design modifications.
Prepare and review technical reports, deliverable documentation, and safety case submissions.
Assist in the development and maintenance of structural analysis processes and tools.
Engage with cross‑functional teams to resolve engineering issues and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
