The Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse, logistics, and fleet.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Running day-to-day warehouse operations
* Managing delivery routes and logistics performance
* Overseeing fleet, compliance, and cost control
* Leading warehouse staff and drivers
* Driving efficiency, structure, and accountability
What You’ll Be Doing
* Ensuring smooth daily warehouse flow and on-time deliveries
* Optimising routes and improving operational efficiency
* Managing and developing warehouse and driver teams
* Taking control of fleet performance, maintenance, and compliance
* Working closely with purchasing and finance to keep operations tight
* Implementing structure, processes, and clear accountability
