Where will you be working?
At M Group Energy, were enabling the energy essential to support our lives.
We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within ourMeteringteam.Youll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.
Our meter readers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored.

What will you be doing?
As aTechnical Quality & Performance Coach, youll be at the heart of ourTechnical Safety & Assuranceteam, ensuring compliance through audits, investigations, and coaching. Youll mentor meter workers, support external audits (MAMCOP, MOCOPA, BSI, NICEIC, Gas Safe), and help shape technical standards and processes. From training forums to accident investigations, your expertise will drive best-in-class metering services.
This role covers the CF postcode areaand afull UK driving licenceis required. Car provided.

What youll bring
* Dual fuel qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience in metering.
* Other relevant qualifications in gas and electric metering.
* Ability to identify technical risks during field audits.
* Full UK driving licence
* Assessor qualification desireable
* Additional qualiticatios such as 3phase and REGT1 desireable
