Due to increased workload, we require an Office Admin person. We are looking for an individual to join our admin team, in a busy, fast-paced, bespoke furniture manufacturer in Ballymena.The applicant will assist in providing administrative support to the Operations Manager, as well as the daily running of the office.
Responsibilities
* Admin support to Operations Manager plus all other team members when requested.
* Operating a procurement system to order, process, monitor & track purchases.
* Admin duties such as typing up quotations, answering phones & filing.
* Dealing with & responding to emails.
* Dealing with suppliers, contractors, architects both on the phone, via email & in person.
* Dealing with delivery dockets; marking off system, chasing shortages and filing.
* Maintaining filing systems within the office.
* Any other admin duties which may arise.
Skills and Qualifications
* Understanding of IT systems such as Office 365.
* Experience in not essential as full training will be provided.
* Experience of MS Excel & MS Outlook.
