We are seeking a committed and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our specialist Pupil Referral Unit in Eastleigh, supporting secondary-aged pupils who require a nurturing and structured learning environment to thrive.
About the Role:
* Full-time, permanent position
* Start date: As soon as possible following September interviews
* Work alongside a dedicated teacher with typically 4–5 pupils per class
* Support pupils with SEMH needs and behaviour that challenges
* Help deliver a personalised curriculum and maintain a calm, safe, and supportive setting
