Salter Grange is now seeking a talented Associate Cost Manager to join a dynamic team in a Global Consultancy on a large Data Centre Development in Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to transition to the busiest sector in construction with a company offering a platform to a Director with further training and development.
* Settle accounts and manage claims for client value.
* Build cost estimates and plans for key projects.
* Monitor spending with clear valuations and reports.
* Support agile management with timely cost data.
* Resolve disputes and claims efficiently.
* Boost business with new and existing clients.
* Lead and mentor team for top performance.
Senior Cost Manager Candidate Background/Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor on major projects in the UK market, ideally with exposure to Data Centres
* Demonstrated experience in delivering quantity surveying services.
* Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* You are chartered or working toward chartership
