What you'll be doing:
* Advising on high-profile corporate transactions, often with cross-border elements.
* Managing and progressing deals for a broad range of clients.
* Building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm.
What we're looking for:
* At least 2 years PQE in corporate law.
* Experience in M&A, private equity, capital markets, or similar.
* A proactive, commercially-minded approach.
* Desire to develop in a high-growth, market-leading team.
