Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Engineering Product Support Specialist. You will provide technical support to our global customers and service partners, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to deliver solutions and improve product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely technical support, diagnose issues, and offer solutions for products and systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and onsite when needed.
* Document issues and resolutions to improve our knowledge base.
* Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of products.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Deliver product training to customers and service partners.
* Follow up on issues and provide regular updates to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven background in electronics, electronic engineering/design, and controls.
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferable.
* Experience with wireless systems and automation/robotics is desirable.
* Strong understanding of engineering principles, machinery maintenance, and electrical diagnostics.
* Excellent planning, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable, flexible, proactive, with good time management and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
