Applicants must have recent sound knowledge and experience of Hospital Discharge and good IT skills Knowledge of LAS/ IAS and Google an advantage. Will be required to be based one day a week at Kingston Hospital To also be willing to travel to Kingston when required to complete assessments- CAA/ MCAs etcDon’t forget, if this role isn’t the perfect fit, we’re confident we can find one that is.
