Client Director – Banking (Remote, UK) Are you a senior sales professional with deep experience selling to commercial banks and credit leaders? We’re looking for a Client Director to drive transformational deals in the banking sector, with a focus on lending, credit risk, and operational efficiency solutions. What you’ll do: Own and execute the sales strategy for top-tier commercial and corporate banking clients. Build lasting advisory relationships with heads of Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk Officers, and Credit Transformation leaders. Identify and develop new opportunities by understanding clients’ strategic priorities, competitive dynamics, and internal programs. Lead and mentor sales teams, navigating a matrixed environment to deliver complex solutions. Represent high-value services that help banks transform credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, servicing, and risk management. What we’re looking for: Proven success selling to the C-suite in Financial Services—particularly Commercial Banking, Credit, Lending, or Corporate Banking. 8 years in banking sales or business development, with a history of exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas. Experience selling outsourcing, offshore knowledge services, or complex technology-enabled solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
