New opportunity just announced looking for a talented and highly ambitious Corporate M&A lawyer to join this pre-eminent Bristol (and London/national !) firm.
You will have the opportunity to significantly develop your breadth of Corporate M&A experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high profile, complex transactions. This firm's Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest outside of the City market, and as you might expect the client range is incredibly impressive.
The team works across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals here in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets. The clients vary from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors. There is genuine, enjoyable variety every day !
