Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our operations team for 12 month FTC. This role combines customer service, incident logging, and administrative support to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
* Communicate clearly with colleagues, managers, and external partners
* Maintain accurate records in line with Data Protection requirements
* Log and report equipment breakdowns, incidents, and accidents promptly
* Meet tight deadlines while staying calm and focused
