Own and develop the site Major Incident Report (MIR), Analytical Problem Solving, (APS) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems, be the “gatekeeper” for effective closure ensuring all relevant improvements are coordinated via appropriate teams. Embed asset reliability into the sites maintenance strategy and ensure plans are in place to deliver the long-term improvement agenda, unplanned downtime is effectively reduced and repeat failures are eliminated through reliability processes. Manage the site Condition Monitoring & Lubrication function on route to “zero (planned) maintenance time concept” – this will drive an increase in technical availability. Support & Involve to planning of any failure related ‘corrective’ / ‘preventative / RCA’ work – Use designs out methods (DOM) to manage OEM & new investment. Use cost summary details to highlight ‘Hot Spot’ areas dependent – by line & by area. Drive plans to resolve Top 3 issues / period. Support the Line Engineering Lead to deliver Manufacturing Equipment Excellence through ‘Excellence in Execution’ Ensuring all PMs are value driven, cost effective and site has the technical capability (Right skills, right task, right place). Drive value from the PM system. Accountable for the site criticality programme. Integrate RCM protocols to ensure the most cost-effective maintenance requirements on critical equipment are implemented and reviewed through a systematic review of existing maintenance (REM) process (Review RCM). Key stakeholder in delivering PEMM results for the Maintenance Support Department will have ownership of the Reliability section – if applicable: Support PepsiCo International. Drive maintenance plans agenda for MBI (Maintenance-By-Impression) – This must be promoted effectively as the future of planning. Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. Track the production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets then find ways to reduce those losses or high costs. Responsible to develop a plan to eliminate or reduce the losses through root cause analysis, obtains approval of the plan and facilitates the implementation. Responsible to prepare and follow up downtime, unplanned downtime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Top 10 costs, True Efficiency reports. Responsible risk management to the achievement of an organization’s strategic objectives in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, quality, and production Responsible for FMEA - Failure modes and effects analysis and CA - Criticality analysis. Works with CTS team to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. Responsible for adhering to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets to eliminate obsolescence risk of the plant. Responsible to define, design, develop, monitor, and refines an “Asset Preventative Maintenance Plan”. Develop solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. Participate and lead in new projects and follow commissioning and start-up stages. Monitor and analyze planned and unplanned downtime and based on these findings, find opportunities for development. Ensure put in place and continuously improve the maintenance plan preventive, predictive and corrective actions to guaranteeing the safety and the good condition of the machines so to achieve high productivity and good quality. Co-operate with Maintenance Planner to increase the effectiveness of maintenance plan and repairs activities. Maintains Food Safety, Health &Safety, ISO 14001 environmental policies and procedures. Tracking of the maintenance team performance and getting improving actions when necessary. Duty holder for the PeMM assessment value drivers. Review current PM plan, revise, and bring up to date standard. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or a related role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability tools. Proficient in CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). Solid understanding of equipment maintenance planning, execution, and performance monitoring. Certifications such as CMRP, Lean Six Sigma, or reliability engineering certifications are a plus.
