The Role As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents live in a clean, safe, and pleasant environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home, helping to make it a warm and comfortable place to live. Key duties include: Cleaning residents’ rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard. Carrying out daily housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing. Managing laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and ensuring linen is fresh and available. Supporting infection prevention and control protocols. Monitoring and restocking cleaning materials and household supplies. Reporting any maintenance, safety, or safeguarding concerns promptly. Helping to create a homely and welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors. The Person We are looking for someone who shares our values and approach to care.
