Maintain a calm, productive learning environment and encourage positive behaviour.
Support general duties such as breaktime or form-time supervision.
No lesson planning or marking required — just bring confidence, organisation, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Experience working with young people (e.g., schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching).
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
A proactive, flexible approach to working in different school settings.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
What We Offer
Excellent daily rates, paid via PAYE.
Guaranteed Pay Scheme (subject to availability).

Pension contributions and a dedicated consultant for ongoing support.
Opportunities to work across a range of vibrant, modern secondary schools in Liverpool.
