About The Role
We are looking for an outstanding UK-based Product Manager with card payment experience to join our fintech and payments product team. You will be a key member of an international, cross-functional and self-driven team that includes engineers, designers, user researchers, product marketers and product managers.
We want every company in our network to take control of their cash flow, based on insights from network and marketplaces - linking finance, cards, wallets and in-network payments. The Go team manages and continues to evolve Tradeshift’s card related product used by a growing number of network participants. Managing delivery of new features while scaling the product is directly supporting Tradeshift’s strategy going forward.
You enjoy engaging with customers directly to ensure your product’s roadmap is aligned with their needs, including defining and analyzing metrics to support decisions made. You will understand how the technical solutions delivered contribute to realizing a broader vision, and that you have a passion for collaborating with many different people to achieve a goal.
Job Description
Act as the product owner for one or more of our Fintech teams
Define and manage the product vision aligned to a roadmap and near term backlog
Based on market and competitive knowledge, and through input from partners and internal stakeholders, regularly refine and prioritize the backlog
Through data driven insights, evaluate and communicate effectiveness of features released and make follow up recommendations
Challenge traditional solutions for customer problems by proposing disruptive solutions to create value based on the Tradeshift network
Maintain awareness of the market landscape as it relates to card based payment and spend solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of product management or relevant entrepreneurial experience in the payment cards and fintech space.
Experience delivering UX solutions and working with design teams.
Good understanding of payment processing, card issuing, spend management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for effectively navigating small and large cross functional teams.
