A growing company based in Putney (SW London) is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a generalist position where you'll lead on strategic people initiatives that directly support growth and cultural transformation, drive talent, culture, performance, and change management strategies. From workforce planning and employee engagement to navigating complex ER issues and embedding DEI practices, you'll play a key role in aligning HR with long-term business success.
Person specification:
* Experience in senior HR roles with deep knowledge of the full employee lifecycle
* Experience within a changing business (ideally a group acquiring other business's)
* Strong UK employment law expertise and stakeholder management skills
* Experience driving strategic HR in fast-paced or high-growth environments
* Proven track record in change management, talent development and engagement
This is a hybrid position, based in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
