We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious multi-tenanted commercial property. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional building management services, aligning with client strategies and operational platforms to ensure the highest standards of service, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of the day-to-day running and maintenance of the building, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
2. Lead, supervise, and develop on-site staff and contractors to achieve and maintain outstanding standards.
3. Maintain strong occupier relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of tenants’ professional cultures, operational needs, and expectations.
4. Oversee hard and soft service contractors, ensuring full compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and best practices.
5. Manage service charge budgets, reporting and forecasting accurately in line with client requirements.
6. Deliver and monitor fit-out projects, retendering processes, and planned maintenance programmes.
