Senior Associate – Construction
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded, national law firm with a strong reputation in the construction and infrastructure sector.
This firm advises on a wide range of high-profile, complex projects across the UK and internationally, working with public and private sector clients including developers, contractors, investors, and government bodies. The team is recognised for its technical excellence, collaborative approach, and deep sector insight.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice across a broad spectrum of non-contentious construction matters, including:
* Advising on development projects from inception through to completion
* Supporting on procurement strategies and contract structures
* Drafting and negotiating construction and asset management agreements
* Advising on infrastructure and regeneration schemes
* Providing due diligence support on acquisitions and disposals
* Working closely with colleagues across real estate, corporate, and finance teams
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
The work spans a diverse client base, including public sector organisations, housing providers, and commercial developers.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with circa 5+ years’ PQE in construction law
* Strong experience in non-contentious construction matters
* Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
* Able to manage files independently and take ownership of matters
* Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
* Keen to contribute to client development and wider team growth
