Role Overview
We're hiring a Content & Social Media Specialist to create, manage, and deliver engaging content across email, web, blog, and social platforms.
This role combines hands-on content creation with day-to-day social media management, while also supporting strategy and campaign planning. It's an exciting opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience looking to take the next step in their career and make a visible impact in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Write and edit engaging email, social, website and blog content.
* Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across multiple platforms.
* Handle day-to-day channel management, including community engagement.
* Support strategy development and campaign execution with the Head of Brand & Content.
* Track and report on performance metrics, suggesting improvements.
* Stay up to date with content, digital, and social media trends.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Support wider team projects and cover responsibilities during absence.
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2–3 years' experience in content and/or social media roles.
* Strong copywriting and editing skills.
* Experience creating and managing content calendars.
* Confident with basic photography and video editing tools.
* (Desirable) Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe).
