We’re looking for a bright, ambitious building surveyor to join the team and help capitalise on the success experienced commercially. Location is flexible but the individual must be willing to operate primarily out of Hampshire, occasionally travelling further.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Building Surveyor, with flexibility for some remote working. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting detailed building surveys, undertaking condition surveys, managing contracts, and providing expert advice on feasibility studies and dilapidations. The role involves close collaboration with clients, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism in all aspects of building surveying.
Capabilities
* Proficiency in Building Surveying and conducting Condition Surveys to evaluate and document property conditions
* Familiar with contract administration and ensuring all property projects meet specifications and standards
* Knowledge and experience in Dilapidations, including preparation of schedules and providing strategic advice
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain thorough, accurate documentation
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
* Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) preferred but non-chartered individuals and APC candidates also considered
* Proficiency with relevant surveyor software and tools
* Full UK driving license
Pay and Benefits
* £45-60,000 per annum, experience and qualification dependant.
* 28 days leave per year (plus bank holidays)
* Mileage at government rates
* Further training and APC support as required
