Join to apply for the Senior Sous Chef role at Elettromeccanica Cassarino in Liverpool. Elliott Scott Group are looking for an experienced Senior Chef on behalf of our client, based in Liverpool. This is a Monday-Friday long term role, with hours 08:00-17:00.
Responsibilities
 * To organise and control all aspects of the Kitchen and food operation, looking for new ways to enhance the offer to the customer while maintaining profitability of the business.
 * To supervise and control all aspects of the production of meals within budgetary guidelines and to comply with client, company and statutory regulations.
 * To be proactive in the engagement of customers and adapting the offer to suit their needs, providing an opportunity to maximise revenue.
Requirements
 * Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
 * Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in food preparation and production
 * Minimum 2 years people management skills
 * Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate
 * Valid DBS certificate
 * 3 years employment history proof
