Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a compassionate and innovative care provider who are seeking an experienced Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their children’s home and domiciliary care service based in Grimsby.

Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire care teams across residential and domiciliary services
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and CQC standards
Champion safeguarding and person-centred care
Manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting young people in residential care
2+ years in a management or senior role
Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Hours of Work:
37 hours per week, Monday – Friday:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Friday: 9:00AM – 4:30PM
