The Role
We are seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a strong focus on technical design and project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects at RIBA Stages 4–6, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. You’ll be joining a supportive team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. We’re committed to helping our team grow through hands‑on experience and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the technical delivery of projects from detailed design through to completion.
* Produce high‑quality construction drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
* Attend site meetings and manage on‑site queries.
* Contribute to the development of office standards and workflows.
Essential Skills & Experience
* RIBA Part 1, 2, and ideally Part 3, or MCIAT qualified.
* Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills.
* Proven experience in delivering projects on‑site.
* Familiarity with both traditional and design & build contracts.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365.
